Art Fight Character ID: 4033840Vale keeps to himself. It’s been him and his grandma for most of his life. After breezing through high school and college, he now works in IT from his studio apartment. Vale usually works into the late hours of the night… and the morning. So, when he stumbles upon downtime around his horrible sleep schedule, he plays video games, codes, watches ocean documentaries, or just listen to music. He’s not a chef by any means, but he can make a mean pot of chicken adobo.That’s about as much as anyone knows about him. Vale doesn’t say much. When he does, he uses as little effort as he can to get his point across. Nine times out of ten, it’s a swear word. The only person he’s even partially had a conversation with is Holly (but that might be because he can’t swear around her).Unlike the others, Vale is a normal human being. “Unaltered,” as it’s commonly known as. His eyes are only yellow because his grandma is a weather alter, but his grandfather and his parents are unaltered. The bright purple hair comes from his newest hobby- learning how to dye. The weirdest thing about him is that he’s a bit of a germaphobe. He wears gloves and long sleeves and refuses to touch anyone.
The Vale Prototypes
Vale went through a series of changes, mostly in his wardrobe. He was heavily inspired by Virgil Sanders, and I’ve been slowly crafting my own twists and turns for Vale since.One of the biggest changes was ditching the purple jacket for a green one, which I now think suits Vale’s style a lot more. Another thing is making Vale’s facial scar a bit more accurate? It’s still a bit unclear what exactly it is, but at the moment Vale says it’s from a stove accident from when he was a kid.
